IAA Transportation 2024: LIS adds new functions to its software solutions

LIS Logistische Informationssysteme GmbH will present new features of its product and service portfolio at the IAA Transportation in Hanover from September 17 to 22, 2024. The focus will be on the new, individually configurable dashboard of the Winsped transport management system, according to the IT company. Additionally, the software specialist from Greven announces innovations related to its warehouse management software LIS Warehouse Management (LWM).

"The IAA provides us with the ideal platform to connect with industry leaders and other specialists and to present our innovative solutions to a global professional audience," says CO-CEO Magnus Wagner.

The focus of the presentation is the Transport Management System (TMS) Winsped. The forwarding software covers all processes from offer creation to scheduling and controlling. If needed, the system can also be used as a secure cloud solution independent of location. Winsped is complemented by the online extension Websped and the mobile order management Appsped for the driving staff.

Simple Prioritization and Improved Clarity

New this year is the flexibly adjustable dashboard on the home screen, which can now be individually configured with custom tiles. The tiles are arranged via drag and drop and serve as to-do lists. A click on the respective tile opens the area where action is needed. For example, missing addresses can be directly added or unconfirmed tours can be edited.

“With the new feature, WinSped becomes an even more efficient and user-friendly logistics software. The direct links on the dashboard provide greater clarity and facilitate task prioritization. This saves our customers valuable time in their daily routine,” summarizes Wagner.
